My brain talks in rhythms

It takes a bit to get used to

I can say whatever do-dissimes

It’s not about butter

It’s about what’s in your head

We’ve read them all

Or maybe it’s just been

the lefties and me

All the rest of the nation

Have only listened to

 The ranting Rush Limbaugh

And the deceptive Fox news

We need more Dr Seuss books

in every school, home and hollow

To read to our nation’s children

So we’d know better who to follow
